The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double the other is twinned beds both with wardrobes. Fitted kitchen with separate laundry room with washer and ironing board.
Dining room/lounge with air conditioning and dining suite,sofa and sky tv. Balcony with moorland views across the segura and distant hillside landscape.
Private swimming pool for tenants only with secured off road parking.(sun loungers are for use stored on the balcony)
All doors to the apartment are operated by video intercom system and to the pool and car park by key only.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Guardamar is a typically Spanish resort which favours a family holiday and has a few british bars with a continental taste of Indian,Chinese,Italian and tapas amongst the many Spanish eateries. You will find Guardamar quite cheap compared to to other Spanish resorts.
Golfers will love the area as there are five top class courses all within 15mins drive away,the top venue of La Finca is the nearest,if you find your way to the Mediterraneo bar and meet Randy the owner(from Doncaster) he will book all your tee times.

We recommend the apartment sleeps four people max,there is wheelchair access to the main reception and two lifts to all floors,(ours being situated on the 3rd floor).
From the rooftop terrace you can see the town,sea and forest area leading to the beach and sand dunes.
There is a 200 yard walk to the local supermarket open from 9.00am 9.30pm except Sundays.
The bars and restaurants are within a short walk from the apartment approximately 15mins away to the town centre.
Taxi journey from alicante airport is 20 minutes and about 25-35 euros.
